This policy covers the Keyholder marketing website, operated by Credit Score Technology Limited. Cookies and browser storage can remember choices or enable third-party services. Our application platform at app.keyholder.ie and separately hosted Help Center have their own service requirements.

Your choice

Optional cookies are off until you choose them. Accept all enables Functional cookies; Reject optional keeps them off. Manage preferences lets you change this choice. Necessary storage remains enabled. We do not use analytics or advertising tags on this marketing website.

Cookie settings — reopen your choices at any time, including to withdraw optional consent. You can browse the website, open support chat and schedule a demo without accepting optional cookies.

Strictly necessary

keyholder-consent-v2 is first-party local storage containing the preference version, your Functional choice and the time you saved it. We honour it for 180 days and then ask again. It contains no advertising identifier. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies to the current visit and may be requested again later. Earlier preference versions do not enable optional cookies under this version.

Functional: support conversation continuity

With your consent, our existing Intercom Messenger can load automatically and recognise your browser between visits so you can continue a support conversation. This optional preference is off by default. Intercom can process technical information, pages visited while enabled, and messages or contact details you submit. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive application evidence in marketing chat.

Intercom documents these identifiers for our workspace:

• intercom-id-s25fze0w: anonymous browser identifier in local storage, with no automatic provider expiry.
• intercom-session-s25fze0w: conversation continuity cookie; configured for seven days with Functional consent, refreshed through Messenger use.
• intercom-device-id-s25fze0w: device identifier used for Messenger security and abuse prevention; the provider documents a lifetime of up to 270 days.

Additional browser storage can hold Messenger state. These provider lifetimes do not extend your 180-day consent choice. See Intercom’s cookie documentation and privacy policy. Our existing workspace uses Intercom’s US-region endpoint; processing can involve international transfers.

Chat you request

You can open chat directly using its icon even when Functional cookies are off. No Intercom script loads before that request. Opening chat does not opt you into optional cookies. Messenger then uses the connection and browser state needed to deliver your requested conversation, with a session duration configured to 30 minutes. Without Functional consent, we shut it down and remove accessible Intercom storage when you leave the page, and clear any remaining accessible storage on your next page load. Conversation continuity across visits is therefore not guaranteed. You can also email support@keyholder.ie.

Booking a demo

Book a demo takes you to our booking page, where Choose a time opens our existing calendar on Cal.com. We do not load a Cal.com script or embedded calendar on Keyholder, so scheduling does not need a cookie preference here. When you follow that link, Cal.com receives the technical information needed to serve its own website and any booking details you submit. Its own storage and privacy choices apply there; we do not classify all of its technologies as necessary.

Analytics and advertising

No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or other analytics tags are installed on this marketing website. We therefore do not show unused Analytics or Marketing categories. Vercel hosts the website; technical hosting and security request logs are separate from optional browser tracking.

Withdrawal and existing data

Turn Functional off and save, or choose Reject optional in Cookie settings. We shut down Messenger and remove its accessible cookies and browser storage on this website. If Messenger has loaded, the page refreshes to stop its scripts. It will not load again unless you consent or explicitly open chat.

We cannot directly delete storage on another provider’s domain; use your browser’s site-data controls to remove it. Withdrawal stops future automatic loading here but does not erase messages or bookings already submitted. Contact us to request access to or deletion of that information. Choices apply to this browser and website origin.
